    My Story?

    Platinum resistant ovarian rhabdomyosarcoma was the new diagnosis and it rang sharp in our ears. Only 2 months prior mom had been declared cancer free after surgery and 6 months of chemo. This new diagnosis was much worse. "6 months to 2 years" that was all the hope the oncologist had to offer. 6 more months of life with no treatment, or up to 2 years of hell with chemo. He had delivered the news as if it were a no win situation, but I've never been good at accepting those type situations. Only God can determine when our time is up, and no oncologist can change that. Ever since that day I've spent nearly every waking hour digging through published studies on everything that I've been able to find with potential cancer-fighting properties. 1000+ hours of mining peer-reviewed studies and case reports later I've found many overlooked powerhouses: natural compounds, off-label prescription drugs, and alternative treatments that shrink tumors, crush cancer stem cells, starve metastasis, and resensitize cancers to other treatments. I'm gathering the information on all of them here, so that you won't have to start from scratch in your own battles.
