Where your support goes
OncoForge is a personal project, funded out of pocket since 2025. The research engine behind it is genuinely expensive to run: PubMed and PMC retrieval, ClinicalTrials.gov and FDA data, database storage and hosting, and the AI passes that turn source documents into cited, reviewable summaries can approach $2,000/month at the current pace.
The goal is a free, cancer-specific research hub: standard-of-care treatments, studied supplements and diets, clinical trials, side effects and complications to watch for, survival and outcome data when the sources support it, and plain-language summaries with citations. What you see today is only the early version. There are no investors and no advertising, so reader support is the entire budget — it lets me keep building without slowing the project down.
